What a delight. Beautiful photography, fascinating information on the Languedoc region, wonderful and easy to follow, tempting recipes and wine pairings. I have become a big fan of Languedoc-Rousillon wines and their perfect food matchings, all thanks to Emma’s expert tutelage some years ago. I cannot recommend this book highly enough. The perfect gift

A fantastic introduction for the keen wine lover and foodie out there. This book guides you through the wine region known as the Languedoc Roussilon in a friendly and informative way and is filled with some fantastic recipes and what wine would pair best with these dishes. And to top it off the book is a real feast for the eyes.

I love this book!! It is full of recipes that you won’t find in just any cookbook. I got one in French and one in English. I hesitated about giving one as a gift to someone who has tons of recipe books, but she loved it and told me it was the best cookbook she had ever owned. The photos are glorious of the food, the wine and the region. If you ever had a chance to attend one of Emma’s events you will be delighted. Fun, educational, and delicious! I have been to 4 or 5 and Emma always offers something different. I can’t wait to do another event with her.

We’ve so enjoyed Emma’s wine and food tasting events that we had to try her cookbook. Well, it’s fabulous! Full of recipes that celebrate our region of Languedoc Roussillon. Easy to follow; great results. We’ve given quite a few copies of A Taste of Le Sud to friends and family, and everyone raves just like we do!

I received this wonderful cookbook for my birthday and am delighted. I live in the region so can find all the ingredients easily. We’ve enjoyed quite a few lovely meals, with wines of the Languedoc of course, thanks to this good cookbook.
